Everyone has stress that they need to understand, and Colleen (at The Vibrance Center) helped do that for me in the first session. She is very helpful and good at what she does. It is easy to tell that she loves and believes in her service helping people. Like any service of this kind, more than one session is necessary to learn about and manage the life events that cause stress in your life. Session by session appointments are always available, but she has packages for you to choose from and discounts are offered. Even after the first appointment you will wonder why you didn't try this before... she will make a believer out of you that her system of Reiki is effective!

I saw Kristen for my severe anxiety and some chronic pain. I laid down for my 30 minute session and immediately felt at ease. She was extremely friendly and sweet and I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me and my issues. My anxiety since, and my whole attitude/outlook on life has changed.This is the best my anxiety has been in 6 years, and while my chronic back pain is still there, the first few days afterwards It was drastically reduced and less tense. I would definitely recommend everyone go at least once.

I had a great experience here. It was my 1st time trying Reiki and it was definitely a wonderful experience. Colleen was knowledgeable down to earth and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a spiritual awakening.

Stumbled upon the Vibrance Center on Google almost a year ago. Boy, am I glad I did! I have since taken the Reiki 1 and 2 as well as the Master Reiki Teacher class. Reiki has done wonders for my health, both physically and mentally. I recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Wow. I stumbled upon The Vibrance Center when I was in South Bend for the week and hunting for some yoga. I discovered that they offer Reiki sessions, a practice I recently fell in love with and am eager to explore further. Then I saw that they're offering FREE Reiki appointments for the SB150! I emailed Colleen to inquire, who promptly got back to me and confirmed that, yes, this is in fact true and that she would be happy to see me before I left town. She was even willing to meet at 7AM which was the only time that worked for both of us. Colleen is an enlightened soul and truly gifted at her work. From the moment we met, our souls felt like old friends. I left the session feeling more centered and open than I have in quite a while. Vibrance is only a couple years old and is such a gift to the community. They offer nearly everything you could possibly need for your spiritual and physical health. At this point, Colleen has assembled an amazing team of people and her vision for what this place has to offer has taken shape. I hope word gets out and that they continue to grow!
